摘要
我们应用腹腔感染诱发多器官衰竭(MOF)的动物模型观察不同热量全肠外营养(TPN)对MOF兔的器官功能、氮平衡和蛋白质分解代谢的影响。结果表明低热量TPN有减轻肺功能损害的趋势,能够改善氮平衡和减少尿中3—甲基组氨酸的排出量;过多的糖负荷有可能加重肺损伤、增加应激水平和加剧蛋白质分解代谢。提出在高分解代谢时宜行低热量TPN进行支持疗法。
Rabbits with MOF induced by intraab-dominal sepsis were used to observe the effect of TPN with different amount of calorie on organ function, nitrogen balance and protein catabolism. The results showed that low calorie TPN had the tendency to lessen the functional damage of lung and could improve nitrogen balance and decrease the urine 3-MH excretion. Excessive glucose burden might aggravate the lung damage, increase the stress level and worsen the protein catabolism. It is suggested that low calorie should be prescribed in TPN-metabolic support of hypercatabolic patients.
