摘要
我们采用双Ｊ管持续扩张治疗肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄２１例，共２７侧输尿管。留管时间３～１２个月。拔管后随访５个月至３年，患者腰部胀痛消失，静脉和逆行尿路造影显示肾积水减轻，肾功能改善。造影显示狭窄改善２５侧，改善不明显２侧。２１例中１０例显示狭窄部位管腔不如拔管后半年内粗，但引流通畅，肾积水和肾功能与拔管时比较无变化。本组没有改做手术者。此法可作为治疗肾盂输尿管交界处狭窄的首选方法。
AbstractTwenty-one patients(27 ureters)with pelvis-ureter junction stricture were treated by persistent di-latation with indwelling double J stent in the ureter.The double J stents were inserted bv means of retro-grade cystoscopic approach. The duration of stents leftin the ureters was 3～12 months.Follow-up for 5～36months after removed the double J stents showed theextinction of the symptoms,remission of the hydropy-onephrosis and improvement of the renal function. Theexcretion urography and retrograde pyelographyshowed improvement of stricture in 2 5 ureters. Wesuggest that persistent dilatation with double J stent beused as first choice for treatment of pelvis-ureter junc-tion stricture.
