摘要
本文报道有关麻风杆菌感染小鼠腹腔2周后,腹腔NK/LAK细胞对NK敏感和NK抵抗的肿瘤细胞及麻风杆菌感染的巨噬细胞(MΦ)的抑制或杀伤作用。同时用流式细胞术分析腹腔细胞百分数。结果显示,感染鼠腹腔非粘附细胞或用尼龙毛柱及Percoll纯化后的大颗粒淋巴细胞和IL-2激活的LAK细胞对上述靶细胞的杀伤作用比正常鼠显著增强。流式细胞分析提示,感染鼠腹腔NK细胞、T细胞和B细胞百分数明显高于对照鼠。这些结果说明,在麻风杆菌感染小鼠腹腔的早期,腹腔NK/LAK细胞等在细胞介导免疫中可能起重要作用。
The BAL B/c mice were injected
peritoneally with 1×108 viable M. leprae. Two weeks later,the effects ofperitoneal NK /LAK
cells on the NK-sensitive and NK-resistant cancer cells as well as M.leprae infected MФ
weretested.The results showed that the killing activity of the large granulocytes and IL-2
activated LAK cells on thetarget cells were greatly enhanced. Flow cytometry analysis showed
that the percentages of NK cells,T cells andB cells from the peritoneal cavities of the infected
mice were obviously higher than those from normal mice. The results suggest that during the
early stage of the mice infected intraperitoneally with M. lePrae, the peritoneal NK/LAK cells
may play an importent fole on the cell mediated immunity.
