摘要
目的探讨 AO 锁骨钩钢板在急诊骨科创伤中应用的疗效及方法。方法应用 AO 锁骨钩钢板急诊治疗锁骨外端骨折、肩锁关节脱位30例。结果 30例患者得到随访,随访时间6～48个月,平均12个月。骨折全部愈合,肩锁关节无再脱位。按 Lazzcano 标准,疗效优29例,良1例。结论 AO 锁骨钩钢板急诊治疗锁骨外端骨折和肩锁关节脱位具有固定牢靠,不损伤关节面,关节功能恢复快等优点。
Objective To study the curative effect of surgical treatment of clavicular fracture and acromioclavicular dislocation using the clavicular hook plate(CHP).Methods 30 cases of distal clavicular fractures,and acmmioclavicular dislocation was treated with CHP. Results 30 cases had been followed up for 6～48 months(average 12 months).All the fracture were healed and no redislocation was ob- served.29 cases were excellent and 1 case was satisfactory according to the lazzcano standard.Conclusion CHP showed the advantage of rigid fixation,no invasion into articule surface and recovered quickly.
