不同食物浓度下三品系角突臂尾轮虫的早期发育阶段历时

DURATIONS OF EARLY DEVELOPMENTAL STAGES OF THREE BRACHIONUS ANGULARIS STRAINS AT DIFFERENT FOOD CONCENTRATION

摘要 在25℃下,以浓度为0.4、0.8、1.6、3.2和6.4×106cells/mL的斜生栅藻为食物,研究了采自广州、芜湖和青岛的角突臂尾轮虫胚胎发育时间和幼体阶段历时.结果表明,食物浓度对三品系轮虫的胚胎发育时间均无显著的影响.食物浓度对广州和青岛品系轮虫的幼体阶段历时有显著影响,广州品系轮虫在食物浓度为6.4×106cells/mL时的幼体阶段历时显著长于在食物浓度为0.4×106cells/mL时,而青岛品系轮虫在食物浓度为6.4×106cells/mL和3.2×106cells/mL的幼体阶段历时显著长于食物浓度为0.4×106cells/mL和0.8×106cells/mL时.同一食物浓度下轮虫品系间的幼体阶段历时和胚胎发育时间均存在着显著差异.当食物浓度为0.4×106cells/mL时,青岛品系轮虫的幼体阶段历时显著长于广州品系,而芜湖品系与这两品系间无显著的差异;其他食物浓度下,青岛品系轮虫幼体阶段历时均最长;而另两品系间差异不显著;芜湖品系在各食物浓度下均有最长的胚胎发育时间,而青岛品系轮虫的胚胎发育时间最短. <Abstrcat>Durations of early developmental stages, including embryonic development (De) and pre-reproductive period (Dp) of three strains of Brachionus angularis collected from Qingdao (QD strain), Guangzhou (GZ strain) and Wuhu (WH strain) cities respectively, were studied at 25℃, and with five concentrations (0.4、(0.8)、1.6、3.2 and 6.4×10~6 cells/mL) of Scenedesmus obliquus as the rotifers' food. The results showed that the durations of embryonic development of the three B. angularis strains were not significantly affected by food concentration. The durations of pre-reproductive period of both GZ and QD strains were significantly affected by food concentration. The pre-reproductive period duration of GZ strain at the food concentration of 6.4×10~6 cells/mL was longer than at 0.4×10~6 cells/mL, and those of QD strain at 3.2×10~6 cells/mL and 6.4×10~6 cells/mL were longer than at 0.4×10~6 cells/mL and 0.8×10~6 cells/mL. At the same food concentration, strain had significant effects on the duration of both embryonic development and pre-reproductive period. At the food concentration of 0.4×10~6 cells/mL, the pre-reproductive period duration of QD strain was longer than that of GZ strain, and that of WH strain was between them. At the other food concentration, the pre-reproductive period duration of QD strain was the longest among the three rotifer strains, and those of GZ and WH strains were not significantly different. The duration of embryonic development of WH strain was the longest, and that of QD strain the shortest.
