摘要
随着免疫学理论研究的不断深入,人们已经对免疫类药物表示出越来越浓厚的兴趣,转移因子就是目前最具代表性的药物之一;转移因子是一种细胞免疫增强剂及免疫调节剂,在临床上有着广泛用途。氨基酸自动分析仪测定转移因子中游离氨基酸含量,具有简便,准确,重现性好等优点,有利于药厂确定转移因子生产的最佳工艺条件。
With the development of immunology, people have increasing interests on the immunity medicine. Transfer factor is one of the most representative medicine at present. Transfer factor which has lots of uses on clinic could regulate and increase immune function. The content of dissociative amino acid in transfer factor was determined by using L-8800 amino acid analyzer. The method was proved to be simple, precise and reproductive. It can be used for the quality control of the transfer factor.
