新世纪图书馆的现代化建设对馆员的素质提出了更高的要求,因此馆员必须具备良好的职业道德素质,形成良好的职业行为规范,具有较强的综合素质和能力,注重文化素质的提高,以适应新形势下图书馆发展的需要。
The modernization construction in the new cent ury puts forward higher requirements for the librarians' quality, the librarians must possess good professional ethics quality, form good professional behavior regulation, have stronger comprehensive quality and ability, and pay attention t o increasing the cultural quality for the purpose of fitting in with the require ments of the development of the library under the new situation.
