摘要
比较了中华乌塘鳢野生和养殖群体血清中雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)、孕酮(P)和皮质醇含量以及卵巢、精巢和贮精囊中17α羟孕酮(17αP)、前列腺素E2(PGE2)和前列腺素F2α(PGF2α)含量的差异.测定结果表明,雄性野生中华乌塘鳢群体血清中E2、T和P的含量均显著高于雄性养殖群体(P<0.01),但两者的皮质醇含量差异不显著(P>0.05);雌性中华乌塘鳢血清中E2、T、P和皮质醇的含量在野生和养殖群体之间的差异均不显著(P>0.05).野生群体卵巢中的17αP、PGE2和PGF2α含量均极显著高于养殖群体(P<0.01);野生群体精巢中的PGE2和PGF2α含量也显著高于养殖群体(P<0.05),但17αP含量则显著低于养殖群体(P<0.05).野生群体贮精囊PGE2含量显著高于养殖群体(P<0.05),17αP含量则显著低于养殖群体(P<0.05),PGF2α含量两者没有差异(P>0.05).中华乌塘鳢雌性养殖群体血清中E2和T的含量随性腺发育而变化.
The levels of the serum sex steroids and the levels of 17α-progesterone (17α-P),prostaglandin E_2 (PGE_2) and F_2α (PGF_2α ) of the gonads in Chinese black sleeper (Bostrichthys sinensis) were analyzed by electrochemiluminescent immunoassay (ECLIA) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA).The levels of sex steroids and prostaglandins were compared between the feral and cultured stocks.The results showed that the levels of serum estradiol,testosterone and progesterone of the feral male stock were significantly higher than those of the male cultured stock (P<0.01).There were not significant differences in the serum cortisol levels between the feral male fish and the cultured male ones (P>0.05).There were not significant differences in the levels of serum estradiol,testosterone,progesterone and cortisol between the feral females and the cultured ones (P>0.05).The ovarian levels of 17α-P,PGE_2 and PGF_2α of the feral stock were significantly higher than those of the cultured ones (P<0.01).The PGE_2 and PGF_2α levels of the testes of the feral stock were significantly higher than those of the cultured ones (P<0.05),but the 17α-P level of the testis of feral stock was lower than that of the cultured one.PGE_2 level of the seminal vesicle of feral stock was significantly higher than that of the cultured one (P<0.05),while 17α-P level of feral stock was lower than that of the cultured one.There was not significant differences of PGF_2α levels of the seminal vesicles between the feral and cultured stocks (P>0.05).The levels of serum E_2 and T in the cultured females varied with the development of the ovary.
