摘要
目的探讨中药净坤液的体外抗菌作用。方法运用试管稀释法测定并分析中药净坤液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、绿脓假单胞菌、乙型溶血性链球菌、白色念珠菌的最低抑菌浓度(MIC)、最低杀菌浓度(MBC)和抑菌环。结果中药净坤液对上述5种菌的MIC依次为31.25、62.5、125、125、250mg/mL;对上述5种菌的MBC依次为62.5、125、250、62.25、375mg/mL。阳性对照药洁尔阴对上述5种菌的MIC依次为125、250、125、250、62.5mg/mL;MBC依次为250、250、250、250、62.5mg/mL。结论中药净坤液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、乙型溶血性链球菌的抗菌作用明显优于阳性对照药,而对白色念球菌的抗菌作用不及阳性对照药。
Objective To investigate the anti-bacterial effects of Jingkun solution (JKS) in vitro. Methods The tube dilution methods were used to determine the minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC), minimum bactericidal concentations (MBC) and the bacteriostatic annulus of JKS on these bacteria like staphylococcus aureus, haemolytic Escherichia coli, pseudomonas aeruginosa, β-hemolytic streptococcus and candida albicans. Results MICs of JKS on these five kinds of bacteria were 31.25, 62.5, 125, 125, 250 mg/mL, while the MBCs of it were 62.5, 125, 250, 62.25, 375 mg/mL respectively. In contrast, MICs of positive control Jieeryin on these germs were 125, 250, 125, 250, 62.5 mg/mL, while the MBCs of it were 250, 250, 250, 250, 62.5 mg/mL respectively, with very significant differences between it and JKS in these indicators. Conclusions The anti-bacterial effects of JKS on staphylococcus aureus, haemolytic Escherichia coli and β-hemolytic streptococcus in vitro were significantly stronger than that of the positive control, while the reversed anti-bacterial effect of JKS on candida albicans was seen when compared with those effects of it on the other four kinds of bacteria.
