摘要
目的缩短净化室内全静脉营养混合液(TNA)配制时间。方法采用质量管理(QC)小组活动程序进行活动,即选择课题,现状调查,目标设定,原因分析,制定对策并实施,效果评价及制定巩固措施等。结果活动后净化室内TNA总配制时间及加药、灌注时间均显著低于活动前(均P<0.01)。结论QC小组活动可明显缩短TNA的配制时间,提高护理服务质量和护士的综合素质。
Objective To shorten the blending time of total nutrition admixture (TNA) in cleansing room. Methods A quality control program was introduced, including selection of subjects, i nvestigation of status, setting of goals, causal analysis, formulation of counte rmeasures, result evaluation and reinforcing of the measures. Results The total time of blending time of total nutrition admixture, addition of medicine and filling was significantly shorter than those before the introducti on of the program(all P<0.01). Conclusion The quality cont rol program can substantially shorten the time of TNA and improve the service qu ality and the qualities of nurses.
