摘要
建立了以定值鸡红细胞为参比物的参比计数法。该法简便易行，可直接计数网织红细胞绝对值，不受成熟红细胞浓度的影响，较间接计数法精密度高，且省时。采用中性红染剂，价廉易得，对网织红细胞染色力强，受染细胞色泽鲜明，长时间工作不致视力疲劳。与ＷＨＯ推荐的新亚甲蓝染剂（间接计数）相比，实验结果差异无赤著意义（Ｐ＞０．０５）。温度对网织红细胞染色有显著影响，以３７℃恒温染色效果最佳。测得男性参考值（２２１例）为（２２．８～１０５．８）×１０￣９／Ｌ，女性（２９５例）为（２３．１～１１９．４）×１０￣９／Ｌ，差异有显著意义（ｐ＜０．０５）。
he method of REticulocyte(Ret)count was established with the reference substance of quantitative chick RBC. It is a simple and easy method,and can directly count absolute value of Ret. The result was not affected by concentration of mature erythocytes.The count time of this method was less than that of indirect method ,and was more precise(CV were 16% and 22%respectively). The neutral red staining reagent with a strong straning powr to Ret was used in the procedure,because it is cheap and easily ob-tained.The staining reresult is distinct,not significantly different(P> 0.05)compared with that of new methylene blue staining recommended by WHO. The best result of Ret staining can be achieved under the condition of 37℃。 based on 516 cases of normal subjects investigation; the reference values are: men(22.8 ～105.8)×10￣9/L(M=52.7×10￣9/ L)women(23.1～119.4)×10￣9/L,(M=55.7×10￣9/L).
