摘要
提出了具有复杂相对运动的摆动构件-平面凸轮机构中摆动轴心和运动输出点的运动规律求解方法,以及固定凸轮廓线设计原理,据此对印刷模切机后靠规定位机构中定位运动打击点和固定凸轮廓线进行了优化设计。优化结果表明后靠规定位机构的运动、动态性能得到了很大改善,定位过程产生的冲击、噪声大大减小。
This paper put forward a solution of motion rules of swinging center and motion export points and design principles of can profile curve in vibrational component-planar fixed can mechanism with complicated relative motions,the optimization design of motion export points and cam profile curve of orientation mechanism of automatic model-cutting machine were accomplished according to above conelusions.The optimization results showed that motion impact on paper-transferring grippers minished greatly.
