摘要
利用铁碳微电解法处理1-萘酚-8-磺酸模拟废水,研究了废水的初始pH、反应时间、反应温度、溶液初始浓度、铁屑粒度、铁碳比对微电解法处理效果的影响,得出微电解法的最佳工艺条件.结果表明在溶液初始pH为2.0,铁碳粒径为0.9mm,铁碳质量比为5∶1,反应时间为120min时,1-萘酚-8-磺酸的去除率达到73.4%,总碳去除率达到83.0%.1-萘酚-8-磺酸微电解降解反应符合一级动力学规律.
Using the iron-carbon micro-electrolysis technology to treat 1-Naphthol-8-sulfonic simulant wastewater , this paper studies the original pH value of the wastewater、reaction time、reaction temperature 、solution initial concentration、iron particle size and the quality rate of iron and carbon to the treatment effects, elicits the best treatment conditions of the micro-electrolysis technology. The results show that when pH value of the solution is 2.0 、iron particle size is 0.90mm、the quality rate of iron and carbon is 5∶1、reaction time is 120 minutes, the removal rate of 1-Naphthol-8-sulfonic acid can reach 73.4%,and the removal of TC can reach 83.0%. The process of decomposing reaction conforms to the kinetic rule of first-order reaction.
