摘要
在相同的氢还原工艺条件下,紫色氧化钨(W_(18)O_(49))比蓝色或黄色氧化钨制得的钨粉细得多.当生产相同粒级钨粉时,用紫钨取代黄钨或蓝钨原料,可适当增加装舟量、加快推舟速度和降低氢还原温度.因此,可以显著地提高钨粉的生产率,节省电力与氢气消耗.
Under the same hydrogen reduction conditions,much finer tungsten powder can be ob-tained by using violet W_(18)O_(49) than yellow or blue oxide. In the production of tungsten powderof the same particle grade , the use of violet W_(18)O_(49) leads to a greater raw material layer height,a higher pushing boat speed and a lower temperature for the hydrogen reduction than yellow or blue oxide, thus assuring a high production capacity at a low dissipation of both electric power and hydrogen.
