摘要
目的观察新体380宫内节育器(NOVAT380IUD)用于紧急避孕的临床效果。方法选择来我院距第1次无保护性交120h以内的就诊者100例。在严密消毒下由专人放置新体380节育环,术后口服西力欣片3d,随访至下次月经来潮。按Dixon方法计算妊娠概率。结果100例受试者预期妊娠数为10.031,实际妊娠数为0,避孕有效率为100.0%,无一例感染发生。随访1个月,无一例环脱落,续用率为96.0%。结论只要严格掌握适应证,术后常规应用抗生素预防感染,新体380宫内节育器用于紧急避孕是安全高效的。不失为一种紧急避孕的好方法。对要求长期避孕者更加适用。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of NOVAT380 on emergency contraception.Methods Child bearing-age women who asked for emergency contraception were selected during January 2000 to January 2003.One hundred cases with the first sexuality course between 72 and 120 hours without contraception protection were treated.NOVAT380 IUD laid under strict sterilization tablets were taken postoperatively for 3 days.The follow-up survey was done till next menstrual cycle.Pregnancy probability was calculated with Dixon method.Results Expected pregnant rate of 100 cases was 9 512 and,actual pregnancy number was zero.The effective rate of contraception was 100%.There was no case infected.No case dropped IUD.The rate of continuous use was 96 0%.Conclusion NOVAT380 IUD was not only effective put safe for emergency contraception as long as indications were strictly applied,and prophylactive antibiotics were used after operation.Further more,it is appropriate to those who asked for long-term contraception.
