摘要
目的建立玉屏风口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLCELSD法,KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)色谱柱;流动相为甲醇水(74∶26);流量为0.8ml·min-1;柱温为30℃;ELSD检测器检测;ELSD漂移管温度为90℃;气体流量1.48L·min-1。结果平均加样回收率为99.1%,RSD为2.76%。结论方法准确、可靠,可用于玉屏风口服液的质量控制。
AIM To establish a method for the determination of astragaluside IV in Yupingfeng oral liquid.METHODS Using HPLC-ELSD method for the determination of astragaluside IV in oral liquid of Yupingfeng.RESULTS The linear range of astragaluside IV was 0.6 μg～4.8 μg,r=0.9996,the average recovery was 99.1%,RSD=2.76%.CONCLUSION The method employed in this study was convenient and reliable with good repeatition.It can be used for quality control in Yupingfeng oral liquid.
