摘要
文章介绍了某小型染料化工厂采用铁曝气法→混凝沉淀→厌氧法→好氧法→水解酸化→接触氧化→混凝气浮工艺处理难降解的工业废水;指出了系统调试运行过程中遇到的问题及其相应的解决对策;经实践运行,出水水质达到GB8978—1996的一级排放标准。
<Abstrcat>A facility based on the sequential technological process from ferric reduction to coagulation and settling,then to anaerobic process,aerobic process,hydrolysis acidification,contact oxidation process,and coagulation and floatation is designed to treat the chemical wastewater in a small chemical coloring factory. The issues encountered in the trial operation are analyzed and corresponding solutions are introduced. The practical operation shows that the effluent quality has been up to the first class criteria specified in GB 8978—1996.
