摘要
白血病是造血系统的一种恶性肿瘤。化学治疗是白血病重要的治疗手段之一。近年来新的化疗药物不断涌现,化疗方案不断更新,然而白血病总的完全缓解率和长期生存率仍然低下,究其原因,主要是白血病细胞对化疗药物的多药耐药(MDR)。经过多年研究,中医药在治疗白血病方面取得了显著成就。兹从辩证论治、专方专药及实验研究等方面就中医药治疗白血病的现状作一综述。
Leukemia is one of the malignant tumors of hematopoietic system. Chemotherapy is one of the important methods of treating leukemia. Rece ntly new chemotherapeutic drugs always appear endlessly, and plans of chemothera py update endlessly. But the total catabatic rate and viability are still low. T he main reason is the multidrug resistance (MDR) of leukemic cells to chemothera peutic drugs. With many years’study, the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)has made great achievements in treating leukemia. The article reviewed the recent de velopment in the treatment of leukemia with TCM from some aspects,such as diagno sis and treatment based on overall analysis of symptoms, specific prescription,s pecific medicine and experimental researches, and so on.
