摘要
多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)是妇科常见的内分泌疾病,其发病机理可能涉及下丘脑、垂体、肾上腺、胰岛素抵抗、肥胖等多种因素。国外对胰岛素抵抗的研究较多,现就胰岛素抵抗与PCOS进行综述。
The polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common gynecologic endocrine disease and many factors may be involved in the pathogenesis such as the disorder of hypothalamus, pituitary gland and adrenal gland, the insulin resistance, and obesity. There are many studies of the relationship of insulin resistance and PCOS, so which will be reviewed in this article.
