摘要
从渥堆猪粪中分离到1株有机磷降解菌021112,该菌株在有机磷降解筛选培养基(NBRIP)上产生透明圈,具有较强的解磷能力.鉴定显示该菌株为杆状兼性厌氧菌,有端生鞭毛,最适生长温度和pH值分别为37℃和7.0~7.5.16S rDNA分析表明,属于肠杆菌科阪崎氏肠杆菌(Enterobacter sakazakii)的变种.该菌能有效降解植酸钙、菜籽饼和猪粪中的植酸磷,降解率分别为84.29%、73.96%和84.62%;对卵磷脂的降解率为87.4%.
From the pig manure wet dunghill, one organophosphate-degradation bacterium 021112 was isolated; the strain produced transparency circle on the organophosphate-degradation (NBRIP) and possessed stronger phosphate-degradation ability. Outward identification showed that this strain was a rod facultative anaerobe with flagellum on the ends and the optimum temperature and pH value were 37°C and 7.0-7.5 respectively. Analysis of 16S rDNA indicated that 021112 was identified as mutation of Enterobacter sakazakii of Entero-bactriaceae. This bacterium could degrade efficiently calcium phytate, rape cake and phosphor phytate of pig manure, with degradation rates of 84.29%, 73.96% and 84.62% respectively; its degradation rate of lecithin was 87.4%.
