介绍了镁合金熔炼技术发展过程中熔体的熔剂保护法,气体保护法和保护技术的最新发展;重点介绍了镁合金熔体保护技术中减少SF6的使用量、寻找SF6的替代物、合金化阻燃、改进熔炼设备等方面的最新研究;并介绍了镁合金液质量检测的相关研究;提出未来镁合金熔炼方面的研究发展方向。
The research development of magnesium alloy melting technology has been reviewed, including fluxing protection, gas protection and the latest development of protection technology. Reducing use of SF6, seeking the substitute of SF6, alloying ignition proof, and improving the melting equipment are mainly discussed. Quality testing of molten Magnesium is discussed. Future development of Magnesium alloy Melting Technology is proposed.
