摘要
Ni-P包覆纳米氧化锆复合粉体由于其优良的特性,在半导体纳米材料中得到越来越广泛的应用和研究.制取复合粉末有多种方法,其中化学镀法以其操作简单,节省能源而倍受青睐.本文利用化学镀方法,在一步钯催化法条件下,合成了Ni-P包覆纳米氧化锆复合粉体,表征了粉体的结构.初步测试了粉体的磁学性质.
Owing to the advanced characteristics of Ni-P coated ZrO2 composite nano-powders, its use is becoming more and more widespread in the field of nano-semiconductors. Many methods are available for making nickel coating particles and electroless plating nickel is preferred for its many advantages such as being easily operable, saving mine resource and being ecnomical, etc. In this paper, taking advantage of the electroless plating technique, we synthesized Ni-P coated nano ZrO2 powders through one-step palladium catalysis. TEM and XRD were used to characterize the morphology and compositionof particles. The magnetic properties of the samples were measured as well.
