摘要
通过对嘉陵江北碚站多年平均径流量和输沙量的统计分析发现嘉陵江年均径流量和输沙量关系变化可分为4个时段,各时段年输沙量有明显递减.通过流域内水利工程建设时期和水土流失治理时间的分析,得出1985年前减沙的主要因素是水利工程的建设,1990年后减沙则主要是水利工程建设和水土流失治理措施共同作用的结果.嘉陵江减沙是引起长江宜昌站1988年输沙量减少1亿t和以后继续减沙的主要原因.嘉陵江减沙趋势及其对长江减沙的影响将在今后较长时期内得以维持.
Based on the statistical analysis on the average annual runoff and sediment load at Beibei station in Jialing River, it is found that the correlative relationship between the average annual runoff and sediment load therein has four stages with distinct degressions of the sediment loads. Through the analyses made on both of that in the construction period of water works and that during the period of the control of soil and water loss, the sediment load decrease before 1985 is mainly caused by construction of water works there and that after 1990 is mainly caused by the combined effect of both the water-and-soil control measures and the construction of water works. The sediment decrease in Jialing River is the main factor that the sediment load decreased about one hundred million tons at Yichang station(reach) of the Yangtze River in 1988 and the continuous decrease afterwards. The tendency of the sediment load decrease in Jialing River and its effects on that of Yangtze River will surely last for a long period in future.
