摘要 采用自燃煤矸石和矿渣作为高性能混凝土的掺合料,通过混凝土配合比的正交试验,分析了有关因素对该高性能混凝土的影响和效果,验证了自燃煤矸石具有很好的活性,可以作为掺合料配制高性能混凝土,并确定了不同标号复合高性能混凝土的配合比方案.试验结果表明:水胶比是决定该次试验混凝土强度的最主要因素;自然煤矸石掺量对混凝土强度影响显著,其细度对混凝土强度有一定影响,但对工作性影响不显著;掺入矿渣对混凝土强度影响不显著,但对混凝土工作性影响显著;沙率对强度的影响不显著,但对混凝土工作性影响显著. Using the spontaneous combustion gangue and slag as mixing material of high-performance concrete,an orthogonal experiment with different match rations of concrete was conducted. The paper analyzed the effects and results of the relevant factor on this high-performance concrete, proved that the spontaneous combustion gangue had very good activation and could be a kind of mixing material of the high-performance concrete, and confirmed the match ratio scheme of different grade high-performance concrete. The experimental results indicated that the water-cement ratio had the most influence on the strength of the concrete; the amount of spontaneous combustionganhue had great influence on the strength of concrete and the fineness of it had certain influence on the strength of concrete but had no apparent influence on the workability of concrete; the slag and sand percentage had no great influence on the strength of concrete but great influence on the workability of concrete.
