摘要
目的:探讨中药黄芪延缓衰老的作用。方法:将体外培养的20代人胚肺细胞分为对照组和用药组。处理细胞后两组均培养24h,取上清,检测超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)和丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:黄芪处理细胞后,可使SOD活性增加(188.00±6.61),GSH-PX活性也增加(41.98±3.032),MDA含量降低(8.028±0.49)。结论:黄芪抗衰老可能是通过促进自由基的清除来完成。
Objective: To probe into Chinese drug Huangqi's function of delaying senility. Method: The externally cultivated human embryo lung cells were divided into the controlled group and the treated group. After the management of the cells, two groups were cultivated for 24 hours, and the supermatant fluid was taken to detect the content of superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-PX) and propionic aldehyde (MDA). Results: After the treatment of cells, Huangqi can increase the activity of SOD(188.00±6.61) and GSH-PX(41.98±3.032) and decrease the content of MDA(8.028± 0.49). Conclusion: Huangqi may delay the senility through promoting the elimination of free radicals.
