摘要
为了解决整体构件异形曲面的加工难题,提出了展成电解加工及电解光整加工的方法,分析展成运动方式,讨论确定机床进给运动方案,重点探讨直纹面整体构件叶片间通道电解加工及异形曲面电解光整加工的进给运动参数设计方法,分析并给出合理的流场设计方案。通过优化异形曲面电解加工的数控编程、完善工艺设计与试验,最终加工出了合格件。
To solve baffling problem about machining of integral components with special-shaped curved surface, electrochemical contour evolution machining and electrochemical polishing are introduced. It is discussed how to select feed movement means of electrochemical contour evolution machining. Feed parameters designing of the integral impeller blades passageway machining and special-shaped curved surface electrochemical polishing is chiefly studied. An available flowing field designing method is given. The study is very helpful for improving NC (numerical-control) programming, procedure designing and machining tests about the special-shaped curved surface’s machining .By the tests, the integral components up to standard with special-shaped curved surface are produced.
