摘要
目的 探讨确保老年患者眼科手术安全的方法。方法 2 0 1例老年患者,其中男86例,女115例,年龄65～93岁,术中均连接多功能监测仪连续监测血压(BP)、心率(HR)、呼吸频率(RR)和脉搏血氧饱和度(SpO2 ) ;同时做好患者心理及术中护理。结果 术中患者循环呼吸功能较为稳定,脉搏血氧饱和度与术前相比差异有显著意义外(P <0 . 0 5 ) ,其他差异均无显著意义;术中高血压发生率2 5 . 89%,窦性心动过缓发生率2 2 . 89%。结论 术中严密的监测及护理对确保老年患者安全度过手术期是非常重要的。
Objective To investigate the monitoring and nursing method for senior patients in eye surgery. Methods 201 senior cases, 86 male and 115 female,their age was about 65-93 years old.Multi-function monitor was used to monitor BP,HR,RR and SpO_2 in the surgery,also gave psycho-nursing care and routine instruction in the operation. Results The circulation and respiratory function were stable in the surgery.Only SpO_2 in the surgery had significant diference to it before the operation (P<0.05). The occurrence of high blood pressure was 25.89% in the surgery;and occurrence of sinus bradycardia was 22.89% in the surgery. Conclusion It is important to give monitoring and nursing to senior patients in eye surgery.
