摘要
国际上工程承包经历了一个曲折的发展过程。我国传统的分阶段分专业平行承包有其自身的缺点,造成了目前工程问题的原因所在。本文从总承包的优点,现代工程的特殊性和业主的要求等角度分析工程总承包发展的内在动力。现代工程中总承包模式是多样化的,可以按照业主要求、工程的特点、市场条件、承包商的资信和能力等作出选择。
General Construction Contract experienced zigzag developing process in the international world. Traditional parallel contract by special work in our country has its disadvantages and has made the problems of construction. The paper analyzed the inter driving power of general construction contract in the light of the strongpoint, the particularity of modern civil engineering and the demand of the owner. The modern of General Construction Contract is diversification that could be selected by owner require , merit of project ,condition of market ,credit and capability of contract.
