摘要
目的观察红景天胶囊治疗胸痹(冠心病心绞痛)的临床疗效。方法将100例胸痹患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组采用红景天胶囊治疗。观察两组心痛疗效、心电图疗效、硝酸甘油停减率及血液流变学指标。结果治疗组心痛症状疗效显效率为52%,总有效率为90%,均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);心电图疗效显效率为24%,总有效率为56%,均略高于对照组,但无统计学差异(P>0.05);患者硝酸甘油停减率达79.17%,显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。红景天胶囊能降低患者全血粘度、血浆粘度,减少血小板聚集率,治疗前后比较,皆有统计学差异(P<0.01),其效果与对照组比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗过程中未发现明显不良反应。结论红景天胶囊治疗胸痹疗效显著。
Objective To observe the effects of Hongjingtian capsule in treating Xiong Bi (coronary heart disease & angina pectoris). Method 100 cases of Xiong Bi were diveded into treatment group and control group randomly. The treatment group was treated with Hongjngtian Capsule. Effect of cardialgia, ECG, decrease rate of nitroglycerin and hemorheology were observed. Results The effectual rate and total efficiency on cardialgia and on ECG in treatment group with Hongjingtian capsule were 52%, 90% (both higher than that in control group, P <0.05) and 24%, 56% (no statistical significance compared with control group, P >0.05), respectively. Of 50 patients, 79.17% decreased or stopped nitroglycerin. Viscosity of whole blood and plasma, and the rate of platelet aggregation lowered significantly after treatment (P <0.01), but had no difference from those of control group. No side effects were found. Conclusion Hongjingtian Capsule has good effect on Xiong Bi.
