摘要
人参西洋参根中人参总皂甙含量测定较为常用的方法有比色法及重量法,本文报道用浓硫酸反应后进行紫外分光光度测定法的方法学研究及其在商品西洋参及其制剂中总皂甙含量测定的应用。对照品人参皂甙Rb1,Re或Rg1作校正曲线,在8~30ug范围均成一通过原点的直线,相关系数0.9998~0.9999;加样回收率96.9%。
Golorimetry and gravimetry are commonly used for the determination of totalginsenoside content of Radix Ginseng and Radix Ginseng Quinquefolii. In this study,UV-spectrophotometry was applied for this purpose after the samples were reacted by concentratedsulfuric acid.Control ginsenoside Rb1 or Re or Rg1 was tised to correct the curve.Between the range of8-30 ug,a straight line passing through the original point was shown.The correlation coefficient was0.9998-0.9999 and the rate of recovery was 96.60%.
