摘要
本文借鉴国外研究组织沟通状况的方法,通过自行设计的适合我国国情的员工沟通满意度调查问卷,分别对不同行业的三个企业中的管理者及一般员工进行了调查,并根据问卷调查数据对我国企业员工沟通满意度做了实证研究。因子分析和相关分析结果表明:我国企业沟通满意度维度的划分具有显著的实际意义,上级对下级沟通、沟通介质质量和沟通氛围是最稳定的沟通满意度因子;而且沟通对工作满意度能够产生积极的影响。
This paper conducts an empirical research on communication satisfaction of employees in three sample enterprises. The methodology includes a questionnaire identifying perceptions of communication satisfaction in various perspectives. Factor analysis suggests that the dimension of communication satisfaction has significant stability, and the most stable among the three samples are downward communication, media quality and communication climate. Correlation analysis indicates a significant positive correlation between communication satisfaction and job satisfaction.
