摘要
介绍了采用微波辅助浸提和S8大孔树脂吸附分离法从姜黄中提取姜黄素的新方法。研究表明,微波浸提的最佳工艺条件为:75%乙醇(体积分数)作为提取剂,料液比1∶30(质量体积比),微波辐射功率360W,辐射时间60s,姜黄素提取率最高。采用S8大孔树脂对姜黄浸提液进行进一步吸附分离,获得了纯度较高的天然色素产品姜黄素。
Curcumin was extracted by microwave radiation and purified by adsorption separation with S8 macroporous resin. The optimum conditions for microwave extraction were: 75% ((v/v)) ethanol as extractant, 1∶30 of material to extractant, microwave power 360 W and (microwave) radiation time 60s. The crude curcumin was purified by adsorption separation with (S 8) macroporous resin, and pure curcumin was obtained. Comparing to the traditional (extraction) method, this method has the advantages of simple technology, improved yield and (reduced) (extraction) time.
