摘要
对植物就多酚氧化酶类型、细胞和组织中的定位、生理功能、酶活性的影响因素等方面的近年来的研究成果进行了总结。
Recent researches on polyphenol oxidase have been summarized , including its types, orientation in cell and tissue, characteristics of physical functions and the influencing factors of enzyme activities.
