摘要
对3台4RDS往复压缩机组出口管系存在的振动进行了分析。通过对4RDS型压缩机组进行现场振动监测和数据采集,分析了振动原因,制定出减振处理方案并采取了有效的减振措施。减振改造后3台压缩机组出口管系的振动幅值达到了合格标准,并对尚存在的问题提出了建议。
<Abstrcat>Vibration of three 4RDS reciprocating compressor unit was analyzed.By means of inspecting vibration and collecting data of 4RDS reciprocating compressor unit on site,the vibrating cause were analyzed,the vibration absorbing scheme was formulated and adopted.After improving,the vibrational amplitude was confined to the limitation.The recommendation has to the unsolved problems been put forward.
