摘要
供应链合作伙伴的选择与评判是企业自身和企业与企业之间的业务工艺流程重构过程。本文分析了此重构过程中的误区和风险防范问题,提出了结合层次分析法与基于指标满意度的模糊综合评判法的备选伙伴评估方法,讨论了合作伙伴关系评价和动态监控的问题。
The evaluating and choosing of supply chain partners is a reconstruction process of business and techniques in and between enterprises. This paper analyses the problem of misunderstanding and the risk avoiding in the reconstruction (process,) and produces the evaluation method of partner candidates which combines AHP and fuzzy synthetic evaluation based on index satisfaction, discusses the problems of dynamic surveillance.
