摘要
这里介绍了在SolidEdge中三偏心蝶阀的三维建模与装配过程,进行了静态和动态干涉检查,得到了合理的三偏心蝶阀蝶板的角偏心角α、锥顶角2β、径向偏心e、轴向偏心C值,缩短了三偏心蝶阀的设计开发周期,提高了设计效率和质量。
Three - dimension modeling and fitting process of three - eccentricity butterfly valve are introduced in this paper, with which static and dynamic interference are checked, reasonable eccentric angle α, cone's angle 2β, radial eccentricity e, axis eccentricity c are given, the design and development period of three - eccentricity butterfly valve is shortened, and the design efficiency and quality is also improved.
