摘要
交通运输与经济协调发展的评价,也就是评价两个系统相互支持和利用的有效性,数据包络分析方法中的“相对有效性”概念可用来评价交通运输系统与经济系统资源相互利用的有效性情况。本文将交通运输系统与经济系统看作是互为输入输出的投入产出系统,通过建立交通运输与经济协调发展评价数据包络分析方法模型。得出了交通运输与经济协调发展评价的有效性指数和状态协调度的计算公式。
The evaluation of harmonious development between transportation and economy is evaluation of the mutual support and utilizing validity between the transportation system and economy system. The 'relative validity' in data envelopment analysis (DEA) can evaluate the resource utilizing validity between transportation and economy. The paper regards the transportation system and economy system as mutual import-export systems and makes the DEA model through the evaluation of harmonious development between transportation and economy, and then educes the formulae of the validity index as well as the state harmony degree.
