摘要
从合作经济组织的原则入手,在论述浙江省林业专业合作经济组织的扶持政策和措施的基础上,对林业专业合作社的特点进行了典型分析,并通过参与式方法总结了林业专业合作经济组织的作用和功能,剖析了其中存在的问题。同时,在提出完善林产品生产经营组织体系的前提下,重点构建了浙江省林业专业合作经济组织的总体框架、实现途径和政策措施。
Based on discussion about the supporting policies and measures for improving forestry economic cooperative organization development in Zhejiang province, typical analysis was carried out on the features of the organization. By the PRRA method, functions and problems were summarized. At the same time, the general framework, detailed measures and policies to improve the development of forestry economic cooperative organization were recommended on the premise of improving forestry product organization.
