摘要
自动光学检测使得在SMT生产线上在线实时测试成为可能并获得广泛应用,但有一个主要问题是价格昂贵,针对这个问题我们根据研究所SMT生产的具体情况,结合某自动光学检测模块化设计的特点,利用生产中的时间差,在一条SMT生产线上连一台自动光学检测成功地实现了炉前检测和炉后检测的一机两用,经过三年的实际使用,证实了此方案确实可行。
Automated Optical Inspection is a real time inspection equipment in SMT and has been developed quickly and got wide application,but it cost an arm and a leg,aim at this question,we have created Pre-reflow inspection and post-reflow inspection used one AOI inline that meets the demanding requirements of research institute.
