摘要
研究了从啤酒酵母中提取RNA的两种方法,即浓盐法和氨解法,并主要对氨解法进行了研究,分别得出了最佳工艺条件,同时对两种方法进行了比较。
Two processing method of extracting RNA from brewing yeast was studied ,that is high concentration saline method & ammonia analyzation method , the latter was studied mainly. the best processing conditions were both obtained, then the two method were compared.
