摘要
早在十九世纪末,日本就开始在福建从事贩毒活动。抗战时期,日军在以武力手段屠戮福建人民、掠夺资源的同时,更是在福州、厦门等地废除中国政府的各项禁毒法令,公开推行毒化政策。“以台制华”、“以毒养战”。与其他沦陷区相比,日本在福建的贩毒活动有其特点。巨额毒资不仅助长了日军的侵华气焰,同时也使福建人民蒙受了巨大的经济损失和精神创伤。
Dating from the end of the 19th century, Japan began to be engaged in the narco-trafficking in Fujian . During the anti-Japanese war, the Japanese aggressor troops, slaughtering the people of Fujian and robbing resources by means of military force, abolishes anti-drug decrees of Chinese government and pursues the policy of narco-trafficking overtly. Japan attempts to'control China by controlling Taiwan 'and'support the war by means of narco-trafficking'.Compared with other enemy-occupied areas, there are some characteristics in the narco-trafficking in Fujian. The huge drug money has not only fomented the bluster of the Japanese aggressor troop but also made the people of Fujian suffer a great deal, economically and mentally.
