主要讨论目前我国大学英语教学在新的历史时期和新形势下存在的不足和问题,并提出了具体的改革指导思想、具体目标以及措施和对策。
The essay mainly discusses the shortcomings and problems existing in Chian′s College English Teaching in the new period of history and new situation and points out specific instructive ideas of reform,specific goals and measures.
