摘要
目的观察决明退障丸对硒性白内障大鼠的防治作用并探讨其作用机制。方法参照张家萍等人亚硒酸钠性白内障大鼠模型制作方法造模,并于不同时段进行晶状体混浊程度裂隙灯显微镜分级记分,以及化学比色法测定晶状体丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量。结果注射亚硒酸钠后,大鼠晶状体混浊程度分级记分和MDA含量不断增高,SOD活性逐渐降低,与正常晶状体比较有显著性差异(P<0.001)。决明退障丸高、中、低剂量均能降低白内障大鼠晶状体混浊程度分级记分和MDA含量,提高SOD活性,以高剂量作用为优(P<0.05,P<0.001)。中药预防组和中药治疗组晶状体混浊程度分级记分和MDA含量明显低于模型对照组,而SOD含量则明显高于模型对照组(P<0.05,P<0.001),其中以中药预防组作用优于治疗组(P<0.05),其造模40d的SOD含量接近正常对照组水平(P>0.05)。结论决明退障丸具有明显的阻抑大鼠晶状体混浊发生发展作用,其作用机制与其良好的抗氧化作用有关。
Objective:To observe the effect of juemingtuizhang pill on lipid peroxidation in rats'selenite ateractons lenses,investigate the inhibiting effect of Chinese herbs on the formation of cataract induced by sodium selenite and the mechanism.Method:To establish the model of sodium selenite-induced cataract in rats according to Zhang Jia-pang's method and the cataract grading of lens opacity were examined periodically by slip lamp in different time-phase,in addition,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA) and the activities of superoxide dismutase(SOD)in lenses were determined by chemical colorimetry.Results:After injecting sodium selenite,the cataract grading of rats' lenses opacity and the content of MDA increased constantly,the activities of SOD reduced gradually compared with the natural control group,the differences had remarkable significance(P<0.001).The high dose,middle dose and low dose of juemingtuizhang pill could reduce the cataract grading of lens opacity and the content of MDA,increase the activities of SOD,the high dose group was best(P<0.05,P<0.001).The cataract grading of lenses opacity and the cntent of MDA in the prevented group and treated group were lower significantly than those of the untreated cataract group,but the activities of SOD was higher markedly(P<0.05,P<0.001).Furthermore,the effec of the prevented group was better than that of the treated group(P<0.05),the activities of SOD on the 40th day in the prevented group was close to the natural control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Juemingtuizhang pill can prevent and delay the advance of cataract grading of lens opacity,that is related to its favorable antioxidation.
