摘要
交通运输是国民经济中最重要的基础产业之一,它是支持工业化和市场经济发展的基本条件.利用数据包络分析的有关理论,给出了用于公路交通网络整体水平评价、公路网建设方案有效性评价以及有效路网预测的方法,同时,还探讨了模型的含义和有关性质.
Communications and transportation is one of the most important part of national economy, it is the basic condition to support development of industrialization and market economy. On the basis of theory of data envelopment analysis, some methods for evaluating the level of networks or the efficiency of projects are given in this paper. At the same time, the meanings and properties of them are also discussed.
