摘要
金融管制和金融宏观调控既相互联系又有差异。经济转型国家应着力解决金融管制和金融宏观调控中的越位、缺位、错位、制度不健全、法治化过弱等问题。
Finance control and finance micro control have some connections in necessity, final target, function and effect. But they have differences in specific reasons for production, specific goal to reach, the basic principles to follow, the relationship of the deciding modes, the performing ways between the control and adjustment, the influence on finance freedom, on micro- economy operation, on finance and economy structure and on the operation of finance markets. The government should confirm and deal with the their relationship. Economy transferring countries should solve such problems as changing positions, lacking positions, missing position, unhealthy system and low efficient legislation.
