摘要
评估原发性肝癌患者的生存期较困难,临床分期与评估预后和治疗的选择密切相关,而至今尚无统一的分期法。本文对近年提出的各种不同的临床分期(包括Okuda分期,法国分期,Clip分期,BCLC分期,TNM分期,香港中文大学预后指数,国内分期等)进行综合论述,比较各分期法的差异并介绍最新的发展趋势。
In patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, prediction of survival is difficult. Clinical stage system is concerned with prognosis and selection of therapy, but there is no united staging system till now. Several staging system of hepatocellular carcinoma brought forth in recent years have been compared, including Okuda, French Staging System, Clip, BCLC, TNM, CUPI and the National Staging, and the update trend is introduced.
