摘要
采用四因素四水平正交试验设计,以喜树果为原料构建一种碱法提取喜树碱的工艺。研究结果表明,以稀NaOH溶液为溶剂,浓度3mg·g-1,提取时间4h,NaOH的用量为16mL·g-1原料·次。喜树碱的提取率可达0.7%,此方法提取成本低,提取率高,防火等级低,与乙醇提取相比是较好的喜树碱提取方法。
A new process for the extraction of camptothecin from fruits of Camptotheca acuminata Decne was develeped by the method of uniform experimental design after proper choice of solvent conclusion. This process resulted in yield over 0.7%, lower production cost and require less fire protion ineasures as compaired with the conventional use of alcohol.
