肝素尿激酶混合液在血液透析双腔导管封管中的应用 被引量:16

摘要 目的探讨肝素尿激酶混合液在血透用双腔导管封管中的应用价值。方法20例颈内静脉永久留置双腔导管进行血液透析患者,根据导管动脉端和静脉端封管液的不同选择,随机分成肝素尿激酶混合液组(A组)和肝素组(B组),观察比较两组导管的堵塞次数和静态管路压。结果A组导管堵塞12例次,溶栓后全部再通,静态管路压为(10.2±3.57)cmH2O;B组导管堵塞33例次,溶栓后再通31例次,静态管路压为(7.4±5.28)cmH2O。两组导管堵塞例次和静态管路压有非常显著性差异。结论肝素尿激酶混合液可应用于颈内静脉留置双腔导管的封管。 Objective To determine the value of the mixed fluid of heparin-urokinase on sealing the double channel catheter in hemodialysis.Methods According to the different choices of sealing fluid in the arterial or venous end of the double channel catheter,20 patients with permanent indwelling of the double channel catheter in the internal jugular vein were randomly distributed into groups A and B.Group A received the mixed fluid of heparin-urokinase,while group B received heparin.Blockage times and static pipe pressure between group A and B were compared.Results There were 12 episodes of catheter obstruction in group A,all of which became patent after thrombolysis.The mean static pipe pressure was(10.2±3.57)cmH_2O. There were 33 episodes of catheter obstruction in group B, 31 of which became patent after thrombolysis and two failed to pass.The mean static pipe pressure was(7.4±5.28)cmH_2O.The differences in obstruction frequency and static pipe pressure were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.001).Conclusion The mixted fluid of heparin-urokinase can be used for sealing intrajugular permanently indwelling double channel catheter.
