摘要
目的:介绍降血脂新药西伐他汀的药理作用及临床应用,为临床选择用药提供参考。方法:根据近年来国外文献进行归纳分析,以说明该药物的进展情况。结果与结论:通过分析,说明西伐他汀在治疗高血脂症方面是一个高效和安全的药物。
Objective: To introduce the pharmacologicol effect and clinical use of a new lowing lipidemia drug, cerivastatin, Method: Based on summing up and analysing of recent literatures to show advance of cerivastatin. Result and Conclusion: It shows that cerivastatin is a safe and highly effective drug on the therapy of hyperlipidemia.
