摘要
石蒜(Lycoris radiata Herb.)是一种传统的中药。分别利用HP高效液相色谱仪(LC1100)和原子吸收分光光度计(TAS-986),测定石蒜鳞茎中17种氨基酸和7种矿质元素的含量;在测定的17种氨基酸中7种未检测到;除Zn以外,石蒜鳞茎中K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mn、Cu都相对较低。
The bulb of Lycoris radiata is a kind of traditional chinese medicine and can be used as food after certain processing.The content of amino acids and mineral elements in bulb of L.radiata were determined with HPLC(HP-LC1100) and atomic absorption spectrophotometry(TAS-986).The results showed that seven kinds of amino acids cannot be found in the bulbs and the contents of potassium,calcium,magnesium,iron,manganese,copper are relatively low except that of zinc.
